Meet Rashmi Chandra Kumar, a dynamic educational leader and the
visionary behind Songline Early Years, Yelahanka. With a deep passion
for nurturing young minds, Rashmi has been shaping the early childhood
education landscape since 2015.
Guided by Lina’s Vision
Inspired by Lina’s philosophy of holistic and child-centric learning,
Rashmi has dedicated her career to creating environments where
children flourish academically, emotionally, and socially. Her
approach embodies Lina’s belief in fostering curiosity, creativity,
and confidence in every child.
A Legacy of Leadership
From 2015 to 2023, Rashmi served as the Director & Center Head of an
International Preschool in Yelahanka, leading with excellence and
innovation. Her commitment to high-quality early learning experiences
transformed the preschool into a vibrant and nurturing space for young
learners.

A passionate, compassionate, and dedicated educator, Deeksha Bharadwaj has been an integral part of our journey since 2016. As our Center Coordinator and cheerleader, she brings boundless energy and a nurturing spirit to everything she does. With her unwavering commitment and motherly love, she creates a warm and secure environment where children feel cherished, supported, and inspired to learn. Her presence is a testament to the power of care and connection in early childhood education.
